Turner Motorsport
duo Dylan Turner and Sara Warrington are fired up for this weekends
Taranaki Tarmac Rally.
During the off
season the Turner Motorsport team have been very busy rebuilding
the car for the challenging season ahead, the 2004 New Zealand Rally
Championships.
The team have
basically rebuilt every moving mechanism on the car, including the
gearbox, turbo, diffs, CV's and bottom arms, and will add to the
reliability of the car for the coming season. The car has been repainted
in exactly the same colour thanks to Ian Tegg of AB Panel and Paint.
Also a big thanks to both Ian and Bill Turner for their time and
help in the assembly of the car. Fresh for Taranaki this weekend,
we have put on 17" rims with brand new Silverstone tyres and
big 4 pot Brembo brakes.
The Taranaki
Tarmac Rally will be the teams first rally of the year, and Dylan
and Sara are looking forward to getting some pace note practise.
The Turner Motorsport team are seeded 38th at Taranaki, and will
be starting the first stage at approx. 7:40am on Saturday morning.

very hard on securing sponsorship for this coming season, where
we will be competing in Otago, Southland, Rotorua, Hawkes Bay, Nelson
and Auckland rallies.
